Where They Stand, and Fall


"For we are not unaware of his [Satan's] schemes." 2 Corinthians 2:11

Throughout history, Satan has sought to destroy the Gospel message by undermining or distorting the biblical Creation story.  He employs many variations of attack, by 1) eliminating the Genesis account entirely (2 Peter 3:5), as best seen in the modernist's theory of Darwinian evolution and it's resulting philosophy of naturalism, or by 2) twisting and minimizing the truth of the Fall of man in such a way that sinners are deluded into believing they are autonomous and not in bondage to sin.  Either way, this falsehood works to undermine the value of the work of Christ in His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension.
