THE GREEN LETTERS

Written by Miles J. Stanford, the GREEN LETTERS is a spiritual growth classic, have sold over one million+ copies and was published in 20 foreign languages¹.  The original GREEN LETTERS were published in booklet form back in April 1964 and was followed by THE RED LETTERS (1965), THE RECKONING THAT COUNTS (October 1966), THE PRINCIPLE OF POSITION (July 1967), ABIDE ABOVE (September 1970), and THE GROUND OF GROWTH (October 1971).  A prototype of THE COMPLETE GREEN LETTERS (TCGL) was printed in 1972 by the Webcurator and Zondervan produced the current paperback edition in 1974.  Zondervan considered THE RED LETTERS too controversial for publication. THE LINE DRAWN was published in 1972 as a replacement to THE RED LETTERS, but it also was considered "theotically incorrect" given the growing acceptance of the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement and profitability of charismatic books.
